RUPS MENTARGETKAN DI 2009 - PRODUKSI 1677 TON, PENDAPATAN Rp 14 MILYARD DAN KEUNTUNGAN BERSIH Rp 370 JUTA
Pada tanggal 28 Maret 2009, telah diadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) untuk membahas perencanaan perusahaan untuk tahun 2009.Dalam RUPS telah disepakati bahwa di tahun 2009, Target pendapatan perusahaan direncanakan sekitar Rp 14 Milyard dengan target produksi sekitar 1677 ton (dalam setahun). Pendapatan tersebut akan menghasilkan keuntungan bersih untuk PT Ganesha Energy sebesar Rp 370 juta.
Dalam RUPS juga dilaporkan kinerja tahun 2008 (yang masih menuggu selesainya hasil audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik). Berdasarkan perkiraan management, pendapatan di tahun 2008 capai Rp 6.5 Milyard dengan produksi 403 ton dan keuntungan bersih untuk PT Ganesha Energy sebesar Rp 148 juta. Secara umum aset perusahaan bernilai sekitar Rp 5,2 Milyard
Tampak pada foto, management PT Ganesha Energy yang terdiri dari komisaris - Djasli Djamarus, Direktur Utama - Achmad Setiadi, Direktur - Lisminto dan pak Munir Abdullah sedang memaparkan kepada seluruh pemegang saham yang hadir (berdasarkan absensi sekitar 71 orang dari 100 orang).
